Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Zion Port website and describe the general boundaries that apply before a project-specific agreement is signed.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Website Use
You may use this website to learn about Zion Port and submit a legitimate business inquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass its security controls, submit unlawful material, or use its content in a misleading way.
Services and Project Agreements
Zion Port may provide AI workflow design and automation, digital marketing and SEO, web design, implementation, testing, documentation, and related advisory work. Website descriptions are general. A proposal, statement of work, or other signed agreement defines the actual deliverables, exclusions, fees, schedule, dependencies, and approval responsibilities for each project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions and feedback, lawful instructions, approved content, and access to tools they are authorized to use. Delays in access, content, feedback, or third-party responses may affect scope and timing.
Accounts, Tools, and Credentials
Zion Port will use only accounts, systems, and data approved for the project. Clients remain responsible for account ownership, licenses, permissions, and third-party terms. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer information through the public contact form. Secure access arrangements should be agreed separately when needed.
Third-Party Platforms
Projects may depend on hosting providers, search engines, analytics services, AI providers, APIs, automation tools, calendars, CRMs, and other third-party platforms. Zion Port does not control their availability, pricing, policies, security, or product changes.
AI and Automated Outputs
AI and automated systems can produce incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable outputs. Workflows should use defined actions, testing, monitoring, and escalation rules. Clients remain responsible for human review where judgment, legal rights, safety, regulated activity, financial action, or material business impact is involved.
No Guarantees
Zion Port does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, profit, leads, conversion rates, uptime, platform availability, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on the offer, market, data, tools, implementation, client participation, and third-party systems.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of material it owned before a project. Ownership and permitted use of new deliverables, licensed assets, software, templates, and client content are governed by the applicable project agreement and third-party license terms.
Payments, Cancellations, and Timelines
Fees, deposits, invoice timing, expenses, cancellation terms, refunds, and project dates are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement. No universal price, refund, cancellation, or delivery promise is created by this website.
Liability and Service Limitations
Services are provided within the scope and limitations stated in the applicable agreement. To the extent permitted by that agreement and applicable law, Zion Port is not responsible for failures caused by client instructions, unauthorized access, inaccurate information, or third-party platforms outside its control. Project-specific warranties, remedies, and liability limits must be stated in the signed agreement.
Termination
Termination rights, notice, final payment, access removal, transition support, and treatment of work in progress are governed by the applicable project agreement. Zion Port may suspend work when continued access or instructions create a material security, legal, or operational risk.
Changes to These Terms
These website terms may be updated as Zion Port's services or website change. The last-updated date will identify the current published version. Signed project terms may be changed only as allowed by the applicable agreement.
