Zion Port legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Zion Port website handles information submitted through its forms and generated through normal website use.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Information You Submit
Zion Port collects information you voluntarily submit through the contact form.
- Name, email address, and optional phone number
- Optional company name and website URL
- The business areas you select
- Any workflow details or message you choose to provide
- The page from which the request was submitted and limited campaign fields when present
Website and Technical Information
The form endpoint receives ordinary request information needed to process and protect a submission. An IP address may be used temporarily to limit repeated requests. The website also supports Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured; if enabled, it may collect page and interaction information through cookies or similar technology. Zion Port does not intentionally send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents to analytics.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information is used to review the request, understand the business need, respond with an appropriate next step, protect the form from misuse, and support an agreed service relationship.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
The website uses hosting and server-side service providers to operate. Validated form submissions are forwarded from Zion Port's server to a configured HTTPS workflow endpoint for intake processing. Information is not sent directly from the browser to that provider. Zion Port may also use approved providers needed to deliver an agreed project, subject to the access and data boundaries established for that work.
Data Retention
The website code does not define a fixed retention period or store form submissions in its own application database. A submission may remain in the configured intake destination and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain operational records, or address applicable obligations.
Security and Sensitive Information
Zion Port uses server-side validation, an automated-submission trap, request limiting, HTTPS-only forwarding, and bounded field lengths. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, API keys, regulated records, or sensitive customer information through the public form.
Your Choices and Requests
Optional fields may be left blank. You may use the contact page to ask about information you previously submitted or request an appropriate correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for active work, security, or recordkeeping.
Children's Privacy
Zion Port serves businesses. The website is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from them.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated when the website, intake process, or service providers change. The last-updated date on this page will be revised when material changes are published.
